RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PRIZE DRAW

“2nd Anniversary of Hotel Lonca”

1. Organizer of the Prize Draw

The organizer of the prize draw is Hotel Lonca d.o.o., Kapucinski trg 9, 4220 Škofja Loka (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).

2. Purpose of the Prize Draw

The prize draw is organized to celebrate the 2nd anniversary of Hotel Lonca, with the purpose of promoting and rewarding the hotel’s guests.

3. Duration of the Prize Draw

The prize draw runs from November 3, 2025, to November 9, 2025, at 6:59 p.m.
The drawing will take place on November 9, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the reception of Hotel Lonca.

4. Eligibility

All adult guests of Hotel Lonca during the period of the prize draw are eligible to participate.
Employees of Hotel Lonca d.o.o. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

5. How to Participate

During the prize draw period, guests can fill out an entry form available at the hotel reception or bar.
The completed form must include the following information:

• Full name

• Email address or phone number

• Signed consent to participate

The completed form must be placed in the designated box at the hotel reception.
Each participant may submit only one entry form.

6. Prizes

Among all correctly submitted entries, the following prizes will be drawn:

1st Prize: Relaxation massage (55 minutes)

2nd Prize: 3-hour sauna visit for 2 persons

3rd Prize: Breakfast for 2 persons at Hotel Lonca

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Prize Draw

The draw will be held on November 9, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at Hotel Lonca, Kapucinski trg 9, Škofja Loka.
The draw will be conducted publicly in the presence of at least two representatives of the Organizer.
The results will be announced at the hotel reception and on Hotel Lonca’s social media pages no later than three days after the draw.

8. Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified by email or phone within three (3) working days after the draw.
If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of being notified, they are considered to have forfeited the prize without any right to compensation.

9. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

By submitting a completed entry form, the participant agrees that Hotel Lonca d.o.o. may process their personal data (name, surname, and contact information) solely for the purpose of conducting the prize draw and notifying winners.

The form will also include an optional section allowing participants to consent to:
☐ receiving information about news, events, and special offers organized by Hotel Lonca.

The data will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.
All personal data collected for the prize draw will be deleted within 30 days after the prize draw ends.
Participants may at any time request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by emailing: info@hotel-lonca.com .

10. Tax Obligations

The value of the prizes does not exceed the amount requiring taxation; therefore, the Organizer is not obliged to withhold income tax.

11. Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for incorrectly completed or illegible entry forms.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules of the prize draw and will inform participants in a timely manner in the same way as these rules were published.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, Slovenian law shall apply, and the competent court shall be the Court of Kranj.

13. Publication of the Rules

The rules of the prize draw are published at the reception of Hotel Lonca and on the website hotel-lonca.com/en/pravne-zadeve/rules-and-instructions-prize-draw
